FULL PACKAGE WARRANTY BUNDLE FROM YOUR HOME INSPECTOR

Abbott home inspections warranty overview

Abbott Home Inspections cares about your new home purchase. More often than not home inspectors do not offer a warranty to their services. They might have errors and omissions insurance but that is their protection in court, not yours.

We want you to be assured that your home inspection is including for FREE, a 90 day limited warranty that covers structural and mechanical issues. Abbott Home Inspections is including a policy for your sewer system, mold protection on visible mold not found during inspection, and for FREE an additional  policy on a leaking roof. Chances are my home inspection was on a nice sunny day. Here in Atlanta Metro and the other counties we inspect it is very humid. That’s when this policy is extremely important. Home inspections are only good for the conditions on the day of the home inspection.

You want to be assured. We want you assured of your home inspection too. All of these policies are FREE.

Before we even arrive the warranties were already registered. Inspection Central, is your policy holder will be happy to help you.

Introducing Recall Chek. Are you buying a home with an appliance that has a recall? I am going to report all the appliances I can find a manufacturer product tag on. That’s why we asked you for your email address. You are going to get a report on your new appliances Abbott Home Inspections reported during the home inspection.

Recall Chek is the first service for consumer recalls in the U.S. and has compiled over 225 million recalls from public records to create a fail-safe system to check for dangerous flaws with home appliances.

  • 5.  If you miss something on the inspection, am I going to be denied by my home warranty provider due to a "pre-existing condition"?
  • 6.  What happens if I have a structural issue after I move into the house?
  • 7.  Do you check the house for mold?
  • 8.  Are you insured?

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO YOU THE BUYER?

This innovation provides an up-to-date database of any and all recall reports on household appliances you will be the owner of. Abbott Home Inspections has recorded those product labels during the home inspection. Recall Chek has reviewed your reported appliances against the database to see if there are any outstanding recalls. If you have an effected unit, they will issue a report including the nature of the recall, where the appliance was sold, and how to remedy the defect including how to get the item repaired or replaced absolutely FREE.

ISN'T THERE PRODUCT RECALL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET?

Yes. Recalled product information is public record. However, it is very time consuming and frustrating to use the tools provided by the CPSC. Also, if you do not have 100% accurate information, these tools will not find the recall.
Our database is designed to be error proof. If you have a hard time reading a number or letter, do not worry about it. Our database will pull any matching and like numbers or letters- taking all the worry and liability out of the process.
